Who we are

As Above ("we", "us") is a print-on-demand apparel brand operating through the website asabovesoldbelow.xyz and as-above.polsia.app. All orders are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful.

Ordering

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.
• By placing an order you are making a binding offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when payment is confirmed.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or fraud suspicion, with a full refund.
• Personalised products (I AM line) are custom-made and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Shipping

• We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates from Printful's production and shipping timelines.
• UK standard: 5–8 business days. EU: 7–14 days. US/global: 10–20 days.
• Import duties and taxes for international orders are the buyer's responsibility.

Intellectual property

All designs, emblems, lore text, and brand elements on this site are the property of As Above. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
