As Above ("we", "us", "our") operates the website as-above.polsia.app (also available at asabovesoldbelow.xyz). This policy explains how we collect and use your personal data.

What we collect

• Order data: name, email address, shipping address. Collected when you purchase via Stripe Checkout.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store card details.
• Email signups: name and email address if you voluntarily sign up to our mailing list.
• Collective Press data: approximate city/country (via IP geolocation) when you interact with the Omega Press button. We store a hashed version of your IP address — never the raw IP.
• Server logs: standard access logs retained briefly for security purposes.

How we use it

• Fulfil and ship your order via our print-on-demand partner (Printful).
• Send your order confirmation email.
• Send occasional brand updates if you opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• Display anonymised collective press statistics on the homepage.

Legal basis (GDPR)

• Contract performance: processing your order.
• Legitimate interest: fraud prevention, security, aggregate analytics.
• Consent: email marketing (you can withdraw any time).

Third parties

• Stripe: payment processing. Stripe Privacy Policy.
• Printful: order fulfilment and shipping. Receives your name and shipping address.
• Render: hosting. Processes data in the EU/US.
• Neon: database provider. Data encrypted at rest.

Your rights

Data retention

Order data is retained for 7 years to comply with UK tax law. Email signup data is deleted upon unsubscribe request.

We use no third-party tracking cookies. Stripe may set functional cookies during checkout.
