PERSON (n.) — see: legal fiction.

The word person derives from the Latin persona — the mask worn by an actor. In legal systems of the common law tradition, a "person" is not a human being but a legal construct: a fictional entity capable of holding rights and obligations.

You are not the person on the documents. The person on the documents is a mask. What is behind it is up to you to decide.
